The health and safety of all tournament players, casino staff, volunteers, and guests are our top priority. The following policy must be acknowledged and agreed to by all attendees in order to purchase an online entry and attend the tournament.
All tournament players, casino dealers and staff, volunteers, and guests must wear masks or face shields while attending the October 10th Charity Texas Hold’em Tournament. Anyone not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter the Crown Ridge Banquet Hall.
All attendees must agree to a non-invasive temperature scan at registration. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above will not be permitted to enter the tournament.
All casino chips and playing cards will be sanitized prior to and during the tournament with UV lights. In addition, dealers will wipe down tables with alcohol prior to and during tournament.
Social Distancing & Venue Capacity
All government mandates regarding venue capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic will be followed. Social distancing is encouraged for all attendees throughout the tournament.
Food & Beverages
All food and drinks will be served in pre-packaged containers by volunteer staff instead of traditional self-serve/buffet options.
All auction items will be available for purchase through a mobile bidding site which can be accessed during the event. Players will be sent a text link to access this site at tournament registration. This will allow players and attendees to bid from their own smartphone instead of the high touch surfaces of traditional paper bid sheets and pens.
