The health and safety of all tournament players, casino staff, volunteers, and guests are our top priority. Please read the following guidelines which are updated for each tournament based on the current status of the pandemic in our area.
All tournament players, casino dealers, staff, volunteers, and guests who are not vaccinated are requested to wear masks or face shields while attending the Charity Texas Hold’em Tournament.
All attendees must agree to a non-invasive temperature scan at registration. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above will not be permitted to enter the tournament.
All casino chips and playing cards will be sanitized prior to and during the tournament with UV lights. In addition, dealers will wipe down tables with alcohol prior to and during tournament.
Social Distancing & Venue Capacity
Currently, no government mandates exist regarding venue capacity or social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. If there are any updates, we will post that information here.

All food and drinks will be served,
All auction items will be available for purchase through a mobile bidding site which can be accessed during the event. Players will be sent a text link to access this site at tournament registration. This will allow players and attendees to bid from their own smartphone instead of the high touch surfaces of traditional paper bid sheets and pens.
